October 5th, 2022, WLR Automotive Group celebrated 35 years in business. The company opened in 1987 with just one Lube Center location and has grown to 32 locations, including Lube Centers, Auto Spas, Auto Spa Expresses, and Auto Repairs. WLR proudly employs over 450 team members and has serviced over 10 million vehicles. The company celebrated 35 years in business with employees, vendors, and customers.

On November 10th, WLR invited our winners to a beautiful evening at Union Mills Public House to present each of them with their checks. The charities were extremely grateful and looked forward to using our donation to continue each of their missions.
Top 6 Charities
WLR celebrated with our valued vendors and customers during a golf tournament on our anniversary, October 5th, 2022. The event took place near our corporate office at the beautiful Maryland National Golf Club in Middletown, MD. This was an exciting day with food, beverages, and an array of prizes valued at over $45,000! Plus, a helicopter dropped golf balls onto the course; we picked the ball closest to the hole and gave away a brand new Kia Sportage to the lucky winner! In addition, all ticket sales were donated to charity.
Our History
Remembering Our 25th Anniversary
In 2012, we celebrated our 25th Anniversary by donating $25,000 to local charities. 200,000 votes came in nominating which deserving charities would win part of that $25,000 for their organizations. On October 5, 2012, WLR Automotive Group donated $5,000 to the top 5 nominated charities: Warrior Connection; Lab Rescue of the LRCP, Inc.; Carroll Manor Recreation Council; A Message for Hope Cancer Fund, Inc.; Training Leaders through Athletics.
