For additions or changes to your vehicle information on your Monthly Membership please call Customer Relations at 301-732-6354.
To make changes to your credit card information you must visit our location and make these changes with our staff. We cannot change or update this information over the phone due to security reasons.
To cancel your membership at the Auto Spa or the Auto Spa Express, submit your information via the Customer Relations Form. Be sure to select Cancel Monthly Membership as your topic and provide the license plate numbers for each Monthly Membership vehicle you wish to cancel your membership on.
Please note that membership fees are auto-charged each month on your original activation date; cancellation requests received after your recharge date will not be processed until the following month. Pro-rated refunds are not available if your membership is cancelled after your recharge date has passed.

The Lube Center
Our Pennsylvania locations are certified to perform state inspections; however, our Maryland locations are not.
Maryland customers, our Auto Repair locations are certified Maryland Inspections and Emissions Repair Stations.
The cost of an oil change varies based on your specific vehicle and manufacturer’s recommended maintenance criteria. Your Lube Center technician can help advise you on the best oil change option for your vehicle and driving habits. For specific pricing visit the location nearest you or fill out the Customer Relations Form.
At the Lube Center, you can expect your visit to be relaxing and stress-free. Stay in your vehicle while we change your oil, and perform any other needed services. We know that your time is valuable and promise to get you in and out quickly without compromising our attention to detail. While we work watch us on the Oil Cam, and enjoy complimentary juice, coffee, and water. We even have coloring books/crayons for children, and dog biscuits for your furry co-pilot.

No appointment necessary. However, if you prefer to schedule an appointment you may do so by contacting the Auto Repair Location nearest you. To accommodate your busy schedule, a convenient night drop-box is also available.

To receive a copy of your Auto Repair service records, fill out the Customer Relations Form and select Customer Service. Your service records will be located and sent to you with one week.
