Salary: $60,000.00 to $75,000.00 /year

Sr. POS Specialist Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage all operations related to all the company’s POS products
  • Identify opportunities for POS improvement through data analysis, working with multiple locations and implement suggestions
  • Full scale POS implementation & project management for new systems with multiple locations
  • Discover new problems and opportunities, prioritize and dive headfirst into solving and implementing solutions
  • Work with leadership to enhance process improvements to our POS technology
  • Required monthly travel to companies locations to foster building relationships & implementing process improvements to POS
  • This position is not a remote – working from home position. Will require reporting to office located in northern Maryland and traveling to multiple locations within Maryland and Pennsylvania.

Sr. POS Specialist Qualifications / Skills:

  • Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience managing operations and/or project teams focused on POS operational initiatives & POS implementation
  • Must be able to multitask
  • Strong organizational & interpersonal skills
  • Action oriented
  • Ability to work individually as well as part of a team
  • Strong computer skills to operate POS management system
  • Strong project management skills
