This national award recognizes excellence across more than 100 locations in 44 U.S. states and five international markets — based on Sales Growth, Operational Excellence, Customer Satisfaction, and Leadership. Launching in 2011 by Sandy Grandstaff and Randall Simpson, Mighty Auto Parts of MD has grown into a top-performing franchise, now led by Managing Partner Sara Cooke. With years of experience and a strong focus on team development, customer relationships, and operational excellence, Sara continues to lead the business to new heights.
In addition, another national award was presented to Leroy Ambush, who was named 2024 Service Representative of the Year! Leroy brings unmatched dedication, expert knowledge, and outstanding service to every interaction, making a lasting impact across Maryland and throughout the entire Mighty network.
The award ceremony aired during a live-streamed event, but a surprise in-person visit to the team’s office was made to present their award in person!
